Between the White House Twitter account publicly clapping back on hypocritical Republicans and his comment to the 45 cult heckler — "Ignorance knows no boundaries”— I gotta say I’m totally enjoying this new season of “Dark Brandon”.

Biden: “I just want to say thank you, thank you . . .There's an awful lot at stake."

Indeed there is, Mr. President! Our precious democratic republic.

The PPP forgiveness was passed by Congress. The forgiveness of the student loans was not. Not saying I think everyone who received a PPP loan should have received one but there is a big difference in how these forgiveness actions were handled.

This is true. And I am not sure the president should have the power to do what Biden did.

But that's not the argument the Republicans are making. They're saying it's bad policy, and the White House argument makes the extremely valid argument that if it's bad policy to forgive a little bit of student debt (most students have far more than $10K), why is it okay to forgive all of the much larger amounts loaned to wealthier people?

And the GOP talking point that plumbers are paying for the loans of rich Wall Street guys is ridiculous. First of all, those who learn trades also incur debt, so there may be plenty of plumbers who benefit. Second, the vast majority of those with student debt aren't making tons of money on Wall Street or anywhere else. And third, there are income limits on who gets the little bit of forgiveness on offer.

Comparing the PPP loans to student loans is very disingenuous and I really believe those who do that know what they are doing. On another note, I know some may not like it but the comeback by President Biden was classic Biden that made me smile.

No one should be "swatted." Period. Especially given how trigger-happy certain segments of law enforcement have proven themselves to be. A few weeks ago, it was former Georgia GOP gubernatorial candidate Kandiss Taylor. As repugnant as these peoples' political views and actions might be, their families don't deserve to be terrorized.

Maybe they should consider that when they're out here spouting their lies & BS. Not saying it's right, but, I understand.
