Obviously I have no idea who leaked that Supreme Court decision, but I think we can all agree the loosest cannon in the Supreme Court world is Ginni Thomas.
it doesn't seem that the Justices were interviewed - which doesn't really sound like a complete investigation. On the other hand, leak investigations tend to fail most of the time.

No leaker found indicates to me that it was on the Conservative side of Justices…these ‘jurists’ love to hold ‘others’ responsible while excusing such behavior when it is ‘their own’… much like their rulings but having ‘no ethical standards’ for themselves
