So Don the Con, the same guy who spent the better part of the week sitting in court listening to the pile of evidence against him in a fraud trial while trying desperately to delay four other criminal trials, just snaps his fingers and the House G🤡P members fall in line? Still? Again? Yet?
There will be some who won't want to follow his endorsement, but they can't say much about it. Making Jim Jordan the Speaker won't be an easy vote for a few of the lawmakers in swing districts where Biden won. On the other hand, they can always argue that Democrats caused this vacancy. The bottom line is that Jordan won't have much leeway to do anything at all.
I remember TFG changing his tune about the “wall” he was going to build after he wasn’t able to build it like he wanted to. He said something like, the wall could be a “fence” or a wall of “surveillance.” Something like that. If the GOP accepted that logic under TFG then Biden should have jumped on that and used the money continue building the hypothetical wall too, but a “wall of immigration reform” for the border. Wall of Immigration Reform = Fund real immigration reform 😎
No republican will go against tя☭mp until he’s dead. See, they are all cowards, who know if they poke their head above the trench, it will get cut off by their mob boss & his violent cultists.
So Jamie, do you think the move by Biden on the border wall is maybe a carrot to the House, whenever they get their act together, to encourage them fund Ukraine?
As I wrote earlier this week, I continue to believe that the deal is a bill which funds Ukraine and which adds money / policy changes for the border. Whether Republicans can do that is another question.

Astonishing.

The Santos news is enjoyable. A bright spot.
Biden: I won’t build another foot of wall
Republicans: you love an open border and you hate America!
Biden: I will build several miles of wall
Republicans: No! Too late!

Thanks Jamie.

Whether they can do anything...
