I would rather have had Senator Whitehouse on Judiciary instead of Durbin. And where is Senator Warren?
Warren does not have seniority to chair a committee. And Durbin definitely out ranks Whitehouse at this point on Judiciary.
Ah, should've guessed seniority was the reason. Still happy to have someone else controlling the agenda.
